Corydon’s career behind the camera began as a means of supporting himself as an actor, but his fascination with the medium – its composition, staging, and performance – quickly blossomed into a consuming passion for what he soon recognized to be his life’s work: directing. In his breakout year as a commercial director, he received a 2012 Young Director Award at the Cannes Golden Lion Festival. This same year, he also won Ciclopes, AICP, Summit International, Hermes Creative Awards, and was a Webby Branded Content Honoree. Corydon was featured in Shoot’s 2013 New Director Showcase as well as being mentioned in Shots Cannes issue as a new director to watch.
